Feisal Rauf, the so called “ground zero Imam,” has warned that if the Mosque location is moved, the possibility of Muslim’s rioting in the streets is in our future. “The headlines in the Muslim world will be that Islam is under attack,” he said in an interview with Soledad O’Brien on the Larry King Show. He also warned that the reaction could be more furious than the eruption of violence following the 2005 publication of Danish cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. I guess it’s time to stop the presses.
No doubt the panty waist liberals will begin blowing the sirens of impending disaster, while at the same time saying that Muslims have every right to riot. However, lets face facts. If these Muslim lunatics think they will get away with rioting in our streets because the American people reject the building of their Cordoba House “terror memorial,” within site of ground zero, they may be in for a surprise.
First, this is not France where the frogs let Muslims riot and burn cars at will and illegally pray in the streets. Nor is it England where Muslims are allowed to spit on troops returning from Afghanistan. Second, there are many, many more of us than them and I can almost guarantee they will see a backlash from the American public that will scare the towels of their heads.
So my message to Imam Rauf would be, “go ahead make our day.” See what happens when you try to intimidate the majority of the American people – I dare you. Just my opinion.
I am not as adept at putting my thoughts in print as many of the commenters on this site, so I’ll keep it simple. All you sheetheads who want to get violent in MY country, get yourself a one way ticket to Texas. The welcoming committee is waiting for your arrival.

Pete: Perfectly articulated expressiopns of very valid points. The great arraogance of America will not allow itself to understand the animals we are dealing with here, and all their comforts and affluence and freedoms are being used against them with no effort whatsoever. This is why the koran burning sounds so archane and evil to them. The only thing these animals understand is direct, confrontational violence. They detect fear and indecision instantly-and will exploit a kind hearted smile to any extent they can.
Innocent muslims by the millions have been on the ravages of the other end of these animals, many of whom have been brainwashed as children decades ago and now with university post-graduate degrees and advanced funding, trapse the world bloodletting Khafirs. If this publication does not convince anyone, we are dead.
Do not think that the larger world powers have not not aligned themselves to use islamic fundamentalism as a shoehorn to lead their own lust for world domination. Ask Russia why they are in bed with Iran as much as they were with Iraq:

The bottom line is this: We will lose regardless of the outcome. If the mosque site is moved it is due to our government accomodating this stealth jihadist imam and most likely providing him state owned land, gratis. If the site 600 feet from the WTC grave yard is developed as planned then they have accomplished their goal to disrespect all Americans alive or dead; victims or not. They will have furthered their dominance over what is slowly slipping away from us, our culture, our country; the culmination of several generations of spineless, rudderless, politicians, corporate money changers and traitorous liberals of every ilk. Our republic is falling; our capitalist system, the envy if the world as once was our glorious but now fast fading constitution, has lost its anchor and traded our livlihoods to other countries, many who despise us, for a return of bigger bucks. The second greatest military power ever known on this planet was brought to its knees by our unmatchable economic machine and a patriotic God fearing, America loving conservative President. Today the greatest military and economic machine this planet has ever known is being brought to its knees by barbarians slipping through the gates along with the traitors from within. So it would seem that the lessons of 9/11, now long forgotten by most, have been relegated to the dust bin of history along with the factors that contributed to the decline and fall of the once mighty Roman Empire. Our 41st Czar, the Carp Czar, was appointed today by the traitor in the White House. How about a Television Czar to dictate that once a day all TV channels must carry the heartbreaking scenes whch show our fellow Americans, blinded by the smoke, dust and gas, walking out of the windows of their offices of the WTC a th]ousand feet above the street and the scenes showing those people jumping to escape the heat which was burning them alive? How about waging a war of attrition and killing these bastards in dirty night shirts; how about our multi- trillion dollar military has the handcuffs removed and unleash a storm of biblical proportions that will send these sub-humans back to the 7th century where they belong, sans the virgins. Imagine the secession of giving in to the blackmail. We can dream, can’t we?

If they bring that violence, this nation will jump through its ass and we will rise as one nation and you will see a nation you thought long gone. The reason the tyrannical regimes of this world have gotten more aggressive is because they know Obama will do absolutely nothing.

Can anyone please explain to me why this is still making the news? I’m looking for a real answer. I’ll take any real answer. I’ll even accept that neo-conservative Christians are waging a new serious of Crusades. It isn’t like they’re building something new. There’s ALREADY a Muslim community center there. In that exact location. They’re just upgrading it. It was there before 2001. Why does it matter that they’re being given money to renovate? Islam didn’t knock down the towers anymore than Saudi Arabia did. Something like 11 of 19 of the perpetrators of 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia right? So why don’t we hate Saudi? And why is it that I only ever hear Christians hating on Muslims? I’m starting to get the feeling that we’re soon going to be passing laws to force Muslims to wear a yellow crescent moon on their lapels (instead of Stars of David).
Please tell me, what is the real issue here?
Curt – Having been immersed in Muslim culture I and others of the same experience understand perfectly the implication of their intention to place the Mosque 600 ft. from ground zero. Islamic culture can be very subtle in it’s intent when it wants to – this is one of those times. Bloomberg and his corrupt politcal whores would not let St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox church rebuild because it’s cathederal would be higher than the Crystal Memeorial at ground zero. However, the Cordoba House will be higher than the memorial. Having grown up in the New York metropolitan area and been raised under the corrupt Democrat party machine, I know payoffs when I see them. It is still an issue because Rauf made it an issue. He is now, apparently ready to take it to the next level – violence. One thing you need to know is the Islam does not believe in the axiom, ‘live and let live,’ no matter what the revisionist historians would have you believe….
One of the issues is the double standard displayed here. Christians are making the most noise because of all the flack we’ve been getting by our own Government. They took God out of the class rooms. NYC does not allow the Nativity Scene to be displayed because it might offend other religions. There are numerous other examples of persecuting Christians at all level. But if a Christian or Christian organization speaks out against this that or such they get pounded on. Where are we unified here? Why hasn’t this Imam shown any sensitivity towards the 9/11 families and victims? Why aren’t they offering a compromise and moving the sight someplace else? Why does it have to be right there so they can give the 9/11 victim’s families the middle finger? Why hasn’t the Imam disclosed where the money is coming from to build this Mosque? Why hasn’t he admitted that Hamas is a terrorist organization? Will authorities have free access inside the place to see if there isn’t some illegal activity going on here? Will they follow the same guidelines other faiths have to follow in respect to speaking about political matters from the pulpit? There are many questions to be answered here. And why are there Muslims covering their heads and wearing dark glasses? What do they have to hide? Don’t you find all of this suspicious? Can you not see what is going on here?
Yes there are many peace loving Muslims who live quite lives in America. I’m sure they want to stay away from the spotlight that surrounds them with this hot button. Which raises another question—this Imam does not show any characteristics of a peace loving tolerant person. He displays the same hate that other controversial figures have displayed in the Middle East. To me this Imam has the same heart as Osama bin Laden. That to me is troubling. Why should we let him build the Mosque? For all we know it may be the ground work to build a nuke bomb in the basement of this building. How holy is that? I might also add behaviors by so called Christians are inexcusable. For instant, I do not condone or approve of this Florida Pastor burning the Quran and inviting others to join in. To me that is not what Jesus would do. No more than I condone murder against an abortionist for killing hundreds of infants. In both cases it is an evil act just as the terrorist who committed the terrible act on 9/11 killing 3000 people.
