Where are our heroes in the House or the Senate?
Article I, Section 6 of the United States Constitution provides that "for any Speech or Debate in either House, [a Senator or Representative] shall not be questioned in any other Place".

With this protection why is there not one congressman with such a love of country that he or she would speak out on the floor of the House or the Senate exposing for the Congressional Record what this treasonous President and his cohorts are perpetrating on our nation and its national security. The answer is obvious? There must be some tacit, unspoken agreement between the two parties of the two party system: you watch my back and I'll watch your back. If true, this is further justification that a third and possibly fourth party is necessary.

This administration is breaking the law and there is no one to take them to task. Winning an election does not and should not give the victor the right to destroy the country as long as and while he is in office. Where is common sense; where is patriotism; where is the rule of law? This imposter has violated his oath of office and continues to do so with impunity; with his leave his subordinates are following suit, aiding and abetting his ongoing seditious behavior.
It appears that there will be no Mr Smith going to Washington in the 21st century . Just my opinion.

With regards to the DOJ - Eric Holder is a radical progressive - a simply too nice term for a communist. In that respect he is a traitor in my book - but then look at his boss.

First of all, this administration has an operational imperative apparently for compromising what one must presume is highly classified information. This has been as I have casually observed a constant violation since last January.

I hear things being said on television or read things released in print. To surmise that operational security practices are neither obeyed nor enforced, and what appears to rather negotiable when political – or ideological gain is desired, is even more egregiously a felony disclosure.

That’s right, felony disclosures and what I consider constructive espionage.

To think that the Congressional oversight or investigative elements, the Sergeant-at-Arms or the Republican Party has conveniently excused this constant and grave damage to national security is misprision of a felony at most, and failure to act at least in what I now estimate are dozens of security violations. There appears nothing in the open source media to indicate that anyone has been arrested or disciplined for damaging national security. This includes a news media that willingly releasing information they know or should have known is classified or highly sensitive information.

Now that Obama has declared to the lollipop nation that we are at war, I want to know why nothing has been done to stop this, and why it continues.

Based on open source knowledge of related blogs, websites and news media reporting it is my conclusion that to utter any and I mean any verbiage to anyone outside those cleared to receive such information which gives an indicator of what a high value target is disclosing or that his information has suddenly become of value is a deliberate compromise of very classified information and operationally can get operators and soldiers killed instantly. To discuss it, or anything even remotely related over any unsecured communications is astonishing. Either Brennan or Hoekstra should have hung up or told, directed the other party to use a secure telephone or electronic medium.

I estimate that at least one enemy operation was turned off or modified because of enemy threat assessment and what they felt Farouk Abdulmutallab had exposure to and who he knew immediately up to and including his capture. Some will argue he was a sacrifice and exposure to damaging enemy information kept very limited.

It doesn't matter; because again this administration has once again “vertically intercoursed” national security for their own undisclosed benefits. The focus is that we now once again have a Bill Clintonian-Sandy Berger climate.

I am very worried that the continually lack of security practices will continue to place national security in great jeopardy. The debacle of the interrogation techniques, the deliberate acknowledgement and then publication of the related documents which the media talking heads have established were not well redacted has proven to cause damage already. Adding a huge violation of Constitutional Law in providing Miranda protections to foreign national combatants in a foreign nation all combined have caused a lack of information flow because the enemy apparently now manipulates the interrogation room.

I also want to know why the Justice Department is not tending to their own garden, instead of obstructing and hampering Department of Defense combat operations in foreign environs.

If there is anyone who should know better it is Brennan, whose repeated lack of assertiveess on television and missives has me more than concerned about the safety and soverignty of this nation.
