NJ is so far out ahead of the other 49 states. Last year, at a cost of mucho millions of dollars, the NJ EPA distributed one of those curly lightbulbs to each NJ home. NJ's trash collections mushroomed unexpectedly when those curly fry bulbs were trashed by NJ residents in a show of strength against Corzine and his EPA peeps. Instead, the money spent on that fiasco could have boosted the economy of NJ if each adult was given $10 in Atlantic City gambling chips.
