Political Public Opinion: AG – Holder Subverting The Constitution?

“A love for tradition has never weakened a nation, indeed it has strengthened nations in their hour of peril.”

Winston Churchill

Obama’s vision of change.

Upon reflection of Winston Churchill’s quote, you might wonder of the Obama administration has any idea that traditions, in this case that of our constitution, is the strength by which our country survives. The progressives, in this case AG Eric Holder, seem intent on subverting that tradition.

GOP Conference Chairman Sen. Lamar Alexander (Tenn.) said on “Fox News Sunday” that the embattled Holder likely made the decision to read Miranda rights to accused underpants bomber, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, after 50 minutes of interrogation by the FBI. “Perhaps he should step down,” Alexander said on Sunday morning.   “(Holder’s) doing a better job of interrogating CIA employees than he is of interrogating terrorists, and he’s not making a distinction between enemy combatants and terrorists flying into Detroit trying to blow up planes and American citizens who are committing a crime. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/78917-senator-suggests-holder-step-down

Holder is an extreme radical progressive. In his warped perception of constitutional rights and who should qualify, has conferred our constitutional rights to terrorists and enemy combatants, and personally redefined the intent of the constitution based on his radical progressive views. In short his conferring those rights to non-U.S. citizens, has subverted the constitution.  Holder’s decision to try Khalid Sheik Mohammad and his co-conspirators in New York city under federal criminal statues,  might as well have granted those terrorists U.S. citizenship.

In a Sen. Committee hearing, Sen. Lindsey Graham blasted Holder. The Attorney General  showed an inability to explain his logic of granting terrorists Fifth Amendment rights. What also became apparent during Sen. Graham’s questioning Holder’s actions is that Holder seems unable to understand that U.S. criminal law does not, and never has, applied to enemy combatant terrorists. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sG7lm8Sfbo4

Perhaps best put was a public confrontation between  Alice Hoglan whose son was killed on 911 in the crash of flt. 93 and AG Holder.  Holder made a weak case as to his motives in deciding to grant those terrorists civilian trials. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ln0S4XcymA4&feature=related

What Holder has done might be viewed as violating your civil rights. Holder, does not in my view have the right to extend our constitutional guarantees to non U.S. citizens, though you might make the case that this has already been done by giving our constitutional protections to illegal immigrant criminals and others who have no business being in this country.

Holder’s action’s show no respect for our rights or the original intent of the constitution which is to protect the rights of American citizens, not those of international terrorists or any other non citizens.  Holder’s decisions, in conjunction with Obama’s socialist agenda, are proof that the change Obama promised change is now here.   Just my opinion.

Holder, having attained not only a sterling education, having attained one of the highest offices in this land, most likely having accumulated a more than ordinary amount of personal wealth as well as national if not international notice and acclaim, does not seem to be able to let go his hatred and resentment towards the country that afforded him these great opportunities one hundred years after the end of slavery and barely twenty years after after the advent of trhe civil rights acts of the 1960′s. Talk about a chip on one’s shoulder. I’m sure Fidel, the Red Chinese or the Soviets would have welcomed him with open arms and fostered his climb to success. Well, maybe not Fidel since there are no “People of Color” in his administration; ,maybe not the Chinese since there are no ‘People of Color” in that power structure; maybe not the USSR since there were no “People of Color” in that power structure. Maybe one of the desert kingdoms for whom he is fighting so hard can take him in and allow his sought after unbiased self determination?

Concur on all poimts, corroborated. I also would like to add another reference, that of a veteran agency officer whose complete and articulate revulsion is of note. http://ciahart.blogspot.com/

People in this country have been programmed for decades to consider the national security services as evil and excessive.

To observe factually that they think nothing of an economy resulting largely in part by the rape of our technology and economic health by foreign intelligence services robbing, penetrating, compromising and cloning every day. These services conduct influence operations as well, manipulating public will and forcing politicians to act and vote their way. Media articles from ideologically compromised journalists abound.

Foreign intelligence is not at all afraid of congress or our intelligence services. Foreign intelligence can do as it pleases in this country because the likes of Obama and Holder, Kucinich and Leahy, and that ass in Wisconsin have ensured we have a recationary, intimidated and apprehensive national security apparatus.

Here’s the opinon of at least one defector from Russia, a former adverary officer of the KGB, which is now known as the FSB. http://www.crossroad.to/Quotes/brainwashing/2007/bezmenov.htm

There will be little difference of opinion from other defectors.

The left in this country is a great ideological ally today as it was during the Viet Nam war when anti-war groups were funded by the Kremlin, and one is mindful of the deliberate acts of John Kerry in furtherance of the calling off the dogs.
