The Obama Administration – Failure In Play

” The politicians don’t just want your money. They want your soul. They want you to be worn down by taxes until you are dependent and helpless. When you subsidize failure and poverty you get more of both.”

Obama Says Stimulus Has Helped Ease Recession

Neil Irwin and Jonathan Starkey reported today on the latest gross domestic product figures, which fell at a 1 percent annual rate in the April-through-June quarter, compared with a 6.4 percent pace of decline in the first quarter of 2009.

Speaking at the White House, President Obama hailed the improving GDP numbers as evidence that his administration’s policies are beginning to “put the brakes on the recession.”  ( http://voices.washingtonpost.com/44/2009/07/31/obama_says_stimulus_has_helped.html)

As if to dispute that fact the LA Times ran an article taken from the AP Wire this morning, (http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-jobs-stimulus29-2009oct29,0,5650031.story), on the back page of it’s Business section that stated that the jobs creation by the stimulus is overstated. According to the report the 30,000 “new jobs” created figure is over estimated by 25% and to add insult to injury some companies rather than hire new employees gave bonuses to their current employees, (I wonder who that was.)

Yesterday I wrote a piece, (Housing Market Up, Housing Market Down – Stocks Up, Stocks Down – Recession Over, Recession Not Over, Public Option, No Public Option – Which Is It?), which illustrated the pattern of obfuscation and intentional confusion propagated by the Obama administration regarding the economy. This effort is aided and abetted by the old “irrelevant” partisan media, (the LA Times just one example.) To prove a point. While the Times ran the above mentioned article about the real job creation numbers, the front page of the Times Business section ran a story declaring the economy is growing! http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-gdp-recession30-2009oct30,0,4048377.story) At the same time all of the media is reporting that unemployment is still rising.

These developments lead me to assume, once again, that the power elites purposely sow the seeds of confusion and misrepresentation so as to overwhelm the senses of the average citizen. The end objective of all these machinations is to tire out the public by inuring them to the bad news. The only people with hope in this current economic calamity  are those who feed off entitlements and their liberal benefactors who along with them, feed off the American taxpayer in order to make a living. Both parties are parasites and we are the victims.   Just my opinion.

One Response to The Obama Administration – Failure In Play

As a student in the first grade I was given the tools to figure out that if 5,000,000 OLD jobs are lost and 30,000 new jobs appear out of the ozone then there is no cause for elebration, or is there? So now my rudimentry first grade math skills tell me that at 30,000 NEW jobs per quarter it will take 166.67 quarters or 41.67 years to get back 5,000,000 jobs. But can we be sure that if we make Ozoneobama president for life he will create 30,000 NEW jobs for each 5,000,000 OLD jobs we lose?
