		<description>Well, the problem real problem we seem to be facing with legislative tyranny in American politics is incumbents.  Those who will not back down and let new ideas into the forum, not to mention the longer one is on capital hill the less they will do.  I say this because they end up taking money and making deals with every tinpot lobby in Washington.  Prevent legislative tyranny by creating term limits, that is my solution.  Then law enforcement might not be so worried as to arrest some of those corrupt bastards on their blatant disregard for common law in which common Americans are held to.  Case and point, DEAD TED (Kennedy).--Funny thing was he was a walking corpse when he was alive--</description>
