Comment – Opinion. Watching the gamesmanship 0f Comrade Obama and Commissar Pelosi, one wonders how did it ever come to this? Pelosi, the consummate liar and administration poster girl for anorexia, has stated more than a few times, that the health care reform bill as written, will go through the Senate no matter what anyone else wants. Obama meanwhile pontificates on a daily basis that he is not looking for a government run health care system while at the same time is pushing the Senate bill forward despite the fact that as it is now written, will force all Americans into a socialist style health care system, despite Obama’s claims to the contrary. Watching this drama unfold I find that at times I wonder who is really calling the shots, Obama or Pelosi and the elites.
It became apparent very quickly at the beginning of this administration that Obama began delegating hard line decisions to Pelosi, this leading me to wonder if he suffers from ADD or is incapable of executive management. The elitists in the Senate and House seem to be making policy and Obama, (it would seem to me), is the mouthpiece who while he can verbally articulate his wants and needs, seems totally incapable of writing policy himself. To take it a step further this may even be more insidious than it seems. Obama, in the position of signing the health care bill into law, can later claim he was following an emergency driven expedient despite his reservations of the bill as it was written, can later blame Pelosi and everyone else for the disaster that will surly follow the passing of this bill.
The truth of the matter is that these moves at social engineering follow an agenda that has failed or under performed wherever they were applied. Obama’s plan for the destruction of the American dream where a citizen is free to guide their own destiny will be replaced by a “soft” totalitarian system that will eventually crush all personal incentive and choice. The American public had better wake up before it is to late. Just my opinion.
