Comment – Opinion. Congressman King called it right when he questioned the media coverage of Micheal Jackson’s demise. While this may sound cruel, the truth is, Jackson was a known pedophile and shouldn’t be given a pass by anyone - his music notwithstanding.
Having participated in multi agency task force ” 290 sweeps”, (Ca. Penal Code for Registered Sex Offenders), I can tell you from personal experience, that the damage done to children by these individuals is horrific and almost universally irreversible. My advice to anyone who disputes Congressman King’s comments is that you are either blind at best or an enabler of child abusers at worst, whichever, those condemning Rep. Kings statements, contribute to the problem . Just my opinion.

Bravo vincenzo4, spoken like a true American patriot. It is sickening how society has taken a turn for the worst socially, in absolving the perverted publicity whores of consequence for their actions.
After a few decades on in our professions, it has become horrifically and hurtfully a truth that for all the clamor and glory of the human rights movement and advocates, it is nothing more than a high school cool clique that has taken on a life of its own over the decades. Here is yet another example of evil being considered good-and good considered evil and unpopular, with the human opinion herded like willing cattle.
Here yet again here again is another corroboration of just how much consideration, care and respect is truly afforded victims. This man has become a living lie, an idol. His exploitation of children is should have attached the death penalty. His violation of the sanctity of childhood, not once, not twice but a pattern and practice of predatory activity is conveniently tucked away as if it never existed.
Who is the current bad guy in all this? That old white man Peter King, he is the real problem, right? What about those children who are seeing the man who raped them repeatedly, now idolized by the entire world? Imagine the psychological damage inflicted again and again and again.
Who stands in the breech and truly embraces these children with love defined by our Creator? Who defends them when they cannot sleep and cannot have a real romantic relationship when they become of age or have issues trusting another human being? Who rescues them from this hell? And where is the ACLU in all this? Dead pan silent.
